Lenin Kim Odhiambo Okoth who currently joined our team as an associate provides critical advice and representation to the firm’s clients with interests in this industrial region. Lenin has many years of experience as both an advisor on corporate transactions and an advocate in various dispute resolution proceedings. He regularly advises on a broad range of corporate governance, finance, and compliance matters, including the incorporation of enterprises, corporate finance transactions, investment, and the acquisition and disposal of assets and companies. He also has vast experience as a litigator in the common law court system. He is particularly well versed in matters of labor and employment law and bankruptcy and restructuring, where he both represents debtors and creditors from initial negotiations to liquidation and acts as an appointed liquidator.
